About
Luminaire is the University of Florida Student Honors Organization’s annual fine arts exhibition.
The event aspires to showcase the talents and creative ideas of the student body, and provide the artists within it an opportunity to share their individual strengths and passions with their peers.
In recognition of their contributions to the area of fine arts and immense dedication to their craft, three students whose work is hand-selected by a team of judges as being demonstrative of exceptional skill will receive scholarships sponsored by the University of Florida Honors Program in amounts of $400, $200, and $100 for first, second, and third place, respectively. These awards serve as a demonstration of the program’s continued support for and appreciation of the fine arts among its past, present, and future members.
