We appreciate your interest in the UF Student Honors Organizations' 2021 Luminaire Fine Arts Showcase. To register as an artist, please fill out the submission form at the bottom of this page.

For the 'Art Category' question, write-in which of the following labels best fits your art:

We welcome multiple submissions; however, you must fill out a separate submission form for each piece. Each artist is only eligible to receive one scholarship and each piece will be judged separately.

You will be notified of your registration shortly after submitting the following form. Please also separately email a photo or recording of your submission to luminaire.artwork@gmail.com.

Note: Registration closes on April 8, 2021, at 11:59 PM.

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, we will be holding both in-person and online formats of the event synchronously on April 15th, 2021, at 6:00 PM. Artists are encouraged to showcase their art in-person and answer questions from viewers.

Before the date of the event, artists will receive a designated time for their online presentation, where we will display their Google Slide, allow them to introduce their piece(s), and open the floor for questions. If artists would like to showcase their work in-person, we will have a computer on-site for them to present on.

In order to be considered for one of the three scholarship prizes, artists must submit a Google Slide showcasing and describing their work by April 10th, 2021, at 11:59 PM. This does not need to be sent with the initial submission; More details will be included in the confirmation e-mail.
